Mythrel promo cards.

Promotional cards use the PRO-XXX set label and Promo rarity. These cards are distributed outside normal set booster packs through Kickstarter, giveaways, contests, tournaments, events, and digital releases.

Some promo cards may be digital-only, physical-only, or released through a specific promotion. Print quantities and availability belong in the Print and Supply policy and the live card database.
